STEPS TO SELECTING AND ORDERING YOUR BOAT
Step One
Choose your model of kayak or canoe from the Galasport range.
Step Two
Choose the construction of your kayak or canoe GALASPORT BOAT MATERIAL INFO
Step Three
Choose the size of your boat.
As a general rule, boats are sized by paddlers weight, so please remember to tell us your height and weight and bear in mind any room for growth.
You may have a specific size requirement you would like, for example you may want the front of the boat cut to 75kg and the rear of the boat cut to 70kg
or
You may have tried a demo boat or paddled someone else's you like the cut of, then its possible to locate the serial number from inside the boat and we can use this as a reference.
Step Four
Select your seat size - seats come in small, medium, large and extra large. Seats come as standard unfitted, but can be kitted out by Galasport for a small extra cost.
Standard seats are part of the boat price, should you wish to have an adjustable seat, there is an extra charge.
Step Five
Select the size of footrest. Footrests come in short and long and are adjustable in length.
Short footrests are lighter in weight but offer less adjustment.
Long footrests are more suited to a paddler that is expecting to grow. They also offer more flexibility when coming to sell the boat on.
Step Six
Do you want a boat bag adding to your order at an additional cost? Galasport boat bags come in two variations Standard (non padded) and Foam padded.
Step Seven
The fun part .......choose the colour and design of your boat! Please download the boat templates at the top of this page. Boat designs can be hand drawn or created with computer drawing software. The Ral colour chart shows you all the reference numbers and corresponding colours available for you to choose from, please remember to give the reference of colour when ordering. Complete the Canoe-tec order form as accurately as you can.
Things to bear in mind -
Galasport do charge for custom boat designs. We include simple designs in our standard price, however more complex designs may incur some additional costs. We can advise you of this once we have received a quote from Galasport.
Should you require any help with sizing and choosing the construction of your boat, we will be more happy to assist.

When you are happy with the boat design and construction chosen, please email it to sales@canoe-tec.com including
