RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item for an exchange, or have decided not to keep it, please contact by email within 7 days.
The item(s) must be in pristine condition, unworn, in original packaging and with your invoice / receipt issued at time of purchase.
We will exchange or refund the cost of the item (s) where appropriate.
Unfortunately any custom made garments or kit are non refundable unless faulty.
The cost of returning unwanted goods to us must be covered by the customer. Please use Recorded or Special delivery by Royal Mail.
WARRANTY POLICY
All Hiko clothing and kit come with a one year warranty.
Should in the event an item be faulty, please contact us by email stating the fault and providing clear images so that we can can relate issue back to the manufacturer. Postage for faulty items will be refunded by us (Canoe-tec Limited) should your claim be upheld. Please post back to us using Recorded or Special Delivery Royal Mail.
Please note - you must adhere to manufacturers care instructions, failure to look after your product in the recommended way may affect your claim. The manufacturers decision is final.
