RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item for an exchange, or have decided not to keep it, please contact by email within 7 days.
The item(s) must be in pristine condition, unworn, in original packaging and with your invoice / receipt issued at time of purchase.
We will exchange or refund the cost of the item (s) where appropriate.
Unfortunately any custom made garments or kit are non refundable unless faulty.
The cost of returning unwanted goods to us must be covered by the customer. Please use a reliable tracked service.
It is your (the Customer) responsibility to pack your items carefully and responsibly. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit or not received due to packing / transport issues.

All Hiko clothing and kit come with a one year warranty.
Should in the event an item be faulty, please contact us with immediate effect by email stating the fault and providing clear images so that we can can relate issue back to the manufacturer. Please post back to us using a reliable tracked service, preferably Royal Mail / Parcelforce. It is your (the Customer) responsibility to pack your items carefully and responsibly. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit or not received due to packing / transport issues.
Please note - you must adhere to manufacturers care instructions, failure to look after your product in the recommended way may affect your claim. The manufacturers decision is final.

The limitations of warranty claims are:-
Normal wear and tear and ageing of product.
Goods damaged by extreme weather or environmental conditions (including leaving kit out in exposed sunlight / heat).
Goods damaged by accident, neglect, improper use or handling.
Goods sold as “demos” or in “as is” condition, for example - second hand items.
Goods determined to have been used for any activity other than an activity which is customary for the product.
Goods that have been structurally or dimensionally altered or modified.
