General Terms and Conditions 
These Terms and Conditions apply to all or any orders placed, either via the website, email or telephone. 
We may update this website from time to time, and reserve the right to change the content at any time,  (including pricing and product descriptions should we deem necessary). Every effort is given to ensure product specifications and pricing is correct, we do not guarantee that this website, or any content on it (Canoe-tec or Third Party) will be free from errors and therefore no responsibility will be accepted for anomalies.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.

Payment
Goods remain the property of Canoe-tec Limited until paid for in full. 

Pricing 
Every effort is given to ensure pricing is correct. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are based on the manufacturers RRP, with any discounts or offers clearly shown. We reserve the right to alter or amend any pricing without prior notice.    Preferred payment method to Canoe-Tec Limited is by bank transfer, unless prior agreement with Canoe-Tec Limited is made.  This will be at the discretion of Canoe Tec Limited.  For all clothing, paddles and accessories full payment must be received prior to goods being dispatched.  For boats, full payment must be received on or before invoice due date or delivery date.  All goods supplied remain the property of Canoe-tec Limited until full payment for items has been received. 

Ordering 
Orders can be placed via the Canoe-tec Limited website or email. Preferred method of ordering is via our dedicated ordering forms or email to ensure all order details can be traced and checked. 

We will make every effort to ensure your order is correct and keep you informed should an item no longer be available or if there is an issue with your order.  Should there be an issue with your order and we are unable to supply your goods within a reasonable time frame we will keep you updated of expected delivery dates as soon as we can.

Stock availability for kit and paddles is out-with our control.  Manufacture of boats is also out-with our control, although we liaise with Galasport on a weekly basis.   We try where possible to take the product image from the suppliers website so that the colour representation is a true reflection, colour may vary slightly.  For boat orders - customers must ensure that all RAL colours are stated clearly on boat ordering form.  Slight variation in colour / design of boat may differ slightly in the manufacturing process at Galasport.

Canoe-tec Limited (including it's Directors and any staff)  does not accept any responsibility or liability for any accidents and/or injuries while using any item/items purchased from us.

The products we offer are designed / manufactured  for,  or by our suppliers to be safe and fit for purpose in competent hands.  Any safety items do not guarantee rescue.  It is your responsibility  (the purchaser or user) to be suitably experienced and appropriately trained to use these type of products.  It is the purchaser or users responsibility to use them in a safe way for the intended purpose,  with best practice and legal and safety requirements adhered to at all times. It is the responsibility of you (the purchaser or user) to ensure your safety and the safe use of the product at all times.
